Institutional Planning and Performance Sections
The Institutional Planning and Performance Sections are tasked with developing and implementing Qatar University's strategy in collaboration with various units. Their responsibilities include establishing and refining procedures to facilitate the strategic planning process, monitoring the Vision and mission. Additionally, they promote a culture of strategic planning, prepare studies and reports related to performance enhancement, ensure effective communication with different units, and provide technical support to ensure an efficient implementation of the strategic plan.
Institutional Quality Management Section
The Institutional Quality Management Section governs quality-related activities by developing quality frameworks and plans and overseeing their implementation in accordance with best practices. It supports the review and improvement of service and process quality in coordination with various university units. The section also manages the performance evaluation of administrative units to enhance their performance and drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, it prepares studies and reports, provides consultations to improve institutional performance, and promotes a culture of quality within the university community to ensure excellence and sustainability across all activities.
